If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
The product is in its original packaging.
The product isn’t used or damaged.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from

There is a 15% restocking fee for all product returns.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
You may incur some extra shipping charges for end-point drop off, tax tariffs, and other charges in some countries. If purchasing from a country outside of the United States, we implore you to do your own research about these possible charges before making a purchase. You will not be reimbursed or refunded based on these extra charges.
Order Processing, Delivery Method, and Timing:
After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 2 to 5 business days is required to review the order.
Shipments are sent using UPS, United States Postal Service, or FedEx. Shipping times are business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times; this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. International orders will experience different delivery times than expressed above.
Typical processing times may vary from 5 to 10 business days, and shipping times depend on entry into the country and other variables. Dispatch sites have been set up in certain countries that will send the order directly using local couriers for faster shipping. Any duty, import, or general taxes or fees for sending our product to an international country will be passed to the consumer; we are not responsible for these extra charges.
By placing your order, you accept the terms that an international order held by customs or is lost in transit cannot receive a refund. An order that falls under these circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. We ask that you please inquire about your location legislation before submitting your order.
If a backorder occurs, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in the form of an email sent automatically to you. Please check your spam inbox.
